Coming Soon!!!

Hey there, fabulous music and food lovers! I’m Karen Brem, the sassy and spirited Marketing Director of the Historic Mardi Gras Inn. With the 2025 New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival just around the corner—happening from Thursday, April 24, through Sunday, April 27, and again from Thursday, May 1, through Sunday, May 4—it’s time to spill the tea on why our charming inn is the perfect place to rest your dancing feet.
Location, Location, Location!
Nestled just one block outside the French Quarter, the New Orleans Guest House offers clean, affordable accommodations with a warm, welcoming staff dedicated to making your stay amazing. Our recently completed, beautiful hotel-wide renovation ensures you’ll enjoy both comfort and style during your visit. And guess what? We’re now proudly LGBTQ+ owned and operated, bringing even more flair and inclusivity to your stay.
The festival takes place at the New Orleans Fair Grounds, and lucky for you, the streetcar is a mere two-minute walk (or fabulous stumble) from our front door, ready to whisk you away to musical paradise. When the Fair Grounds close their gates at 7 PM sharp, the night is still young! With the French Quarter’s wild and wicked fun within easy walking distance, you’ll be dancing till dawn.
A Lineup That’ll Make You Swoon
This year’s Jazz Fest lineup is serving up some serious talent. Prepare to be serenaded by the likes of Pearl Jam, Dave Matthews Band, Luke Combs, Lil Wayne & The Roots, Lenny Kravitz, Kacey Musgraves, Santana, John Fogerty, Burna Boy, HAIM, Cage The Elephant, Laufey, Bryson Tiller, Harry Connick Jr., Patti LaBelle, My … The Blackhearts, Cheap Trick … Diana Krall, Goose, The Revivalists, Irma Thomas, Big Freedia, Tank and the Bangas, and Trombone Shorty & Orleans Avenue. And that’s just the beginning!
