Come and celebrate Black Pride Fest 2025 with us in New Orleans!

Location: Events will take place across the city, but the main shenanigans go down just a short streetcar ride away in the vibrant Central City and Treme neighborhoods. That means you can pre-game in your room, hop on a streetcar, and arrive looking flawless (humidity permitting).


Thursday, June 26: The Kickoff Kiki

6:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Location: The Drifter Hotel Poolside
Slip into your sexiest swimwear—it’s the official Welcome Party & Pool Kiki hosted by the one and only Big Freedia (YES, the Queen Diva herself will be making an appearance!). Think booty-bouncing beats, wet t-shirt contests, and champagne showers. Don’t forget your waterproof eyeliner, darling.


Friday, June 27: Culture, Cocktails & Catwalks

12:00 PM – 2:00 PMBlack Queer Empowerment Brunch
Location: Morrow’s Restaurant
Sip mimosas with community leaders and activists over shrimp and grits while discussing real topics and serving real looks.

7:00 PM – UntilPride Ball & Vogue-Off
Location: Contemporary Arts Center
Bring the drama to the dancefloor, darling! House of LaBeija vs. House of Balmain? Let the ballroom battle royale begin. Judges will be serving face and scores. Categories are: Butch Queen Realness, Femme Queen Face, and of course, Sex Siren. Work!


Saturday, June 28: The Main Event

2:00 PM – 7:00 PMPride in the Park
Location: Armstrong Park (aka our gorgeous backyard!)
A free outdoor celebration featuring live performances, food trucks, vendors, and special guests like Saucy Santana and Ms. Pat—yep, comedy and chaos. Bring your fans (literal and shady).

10:00 PM – LateBlack Pride Mega Party
Location: The Metropolitan Nightclub
The biggest blowout of the weekend, featuring DJ Heat, DJ Honey Dijon, and a surprise performance by a certain R&B diva you may or may not still have on a ringtone. 👀 It’s lights, lasers, leather, and lust.


Sunday, June 29: Praise, Pancakes & Party

11:00 AM – 1:00 PMGospel Drag Brunch
Location: House of Blues
Y’all haven’t lived until you’ve heard a rhinestone-clad queen hit a high note on “Take Me to the King” with a mimosa in one hand and chicken & waffles in the other. Church is in session!

4:00 PM – Until You DropRiverfront Tea Dance & Farewell Bash
Location: Spanish Plaza
Wrap it all up with breezy waterfront views, sunset selfies, and smooth grooves spun by DOjay. Sway into your last night in the Big Easy with cocktails and cuties from across the country.
